Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Novagentica AG processes personal data when you visit novagentica.com, contact us or use our website demo and access services. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Novagentica AG, Chlausjägergasse 8, CH-6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us at info@novagentica.com. Company registration and representative details are in our Legal Notice.
2. The information we process
Website requests generate technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, time of access and security or error logs. We use this information to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it from misuse.
When you submit an enquiry, we process the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, selected topic and message. A demo request also includes your role, optional purpose and product-update choice, account and email-verification details, request and review times, approval status and expiry. Authentication involves your email address, protected password credentials, verification or reset information and session identifiers.
Required fields are marked in the relevant form. Optional context and product updates are not a condition of requesting access. Please do not submit confidential customer data or sensitive personal information to the illustrative demo.
3. Why we use this information
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, review access requests, authenticate users, provide approved demo access, send service messages and maintain the security and reliability of the website. Authorised Novagentica team members review client access requests; a simulated agent does not make that decision.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services and handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional product updates rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Website, database and email providers
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website and processes technical request, delivery and security information needed to provide it.
- Supabase — primary website database in Zurich, Switzerland
- Our website uses a Supabase project configured for the Zurich region for its primary database, including website account, enquiry and access-management records. The primary database location does not mean that every service, support activity or email is processed only in Switzerland.
- Resend — transactional email
- Resend delivers account verification, password-reset and access-related messages, and enquiry or verified-request notifications to Novagentica. It processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information. Notifications to our team go to info@novagentica.com and may include the enquiry details and your address for a reply. Passwords, password hashes and verification or reset links are not included in those team notifications.
Access to enquiry and account records is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers involved in operating these services. We do not sell personal data.
5. Processing outside Switzerland
The primary Supabase database is in Zurich. Vercel, Supabase, Resend and their subprocessors may also process personal data in other countries, including the United States. In particular, an email sending region is not a guarantee that email content and delivery records stay in Switzerland or the EEA.
Where required, international transfers are governed by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses with the relevant Swiss or European provisions. You can contact us for information about the service providers and safeguards applicable to your data.
Further provider information: Vercel data processing terms, Supabase data processing terms and Resend data processing terms.
6. Demo access and the Blueprint Library
For personal website demo access, you register with your work email and a password and verify your email. Client access remains closed until Novagentica approves the request. Approval opens a 14-day window from the recorded approval time and can be revoked. Signing in or resetting a password does not start or extend that window.
The separately shared, unlisted demo and presenter guide use link access. Anyone who receives such a link can open it; this is different from personal, approved website access.
The linked customer Blueprint Library has its own registration and login. Website demo credentials do not automatically sign you into that portal. Review the information presented by the portal when you register or sign in. Retained website library previews and the illustrative workspace do not connect to your business systems.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use necessary authentication, session and security storage to operate access services. The interactive demo uses browser storage to retain sample progress. “Reset workspace” clears the demo progress; it does not delete an account or access-request record.
This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor-analytics trackers. Any optional tracking introduced later requires the relevant notice and consent mechanism where legally required. Your browser settings allow you to control or delete local cookies and storage; doing so may sign you out or reset sample progress.
8. How long information is kept
We retain enquiry, account and access-management information for as long as needed to respond, provide and administer access, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised, subject to necessary legal retention and backup cycles. Service providers also maintain their own operational and security retention periods.
The 14-day demo-access expiry closes access. It does not automatically erase the account, enquiry, approval history or email records. You can ask us to close an account or delete information at info@novagentica.com; we will assess the request and any continuing legal need to retain records.
9. Product updates and careers
Product updates are optional and unchecked by default. Requesting a demo or sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you. To withdraw an update choice, contact info@novagentica.com.
Our careers page uses an email link to career@novagentica.com, rather than an online application form. If you email us, we process the application and correspondence for recruitment and related communication.
10. Your rights and contact
Subject to the applicable law and its conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the relevant European supervisory authority.
Send privacy requests to info@novagentica.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account data. Enterprise customers requiring a data processing agreement can contact the same address.
11. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the website, providers or processing activities change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
